(Kindly avoid applying if your experience is primarily in US/UK recruitment. ) Experience in supporting pharma/FMCG clients. Notice Period: less than 30 days In pursuit of this, we are seeking to hire an exceptional ' Associate Recruiter ' to join our RPO Talent Acquisition team with our exciting client within the Pharma sector. In this role you will be working closely with both Recruiters & Senior Recruiters to ensure we bring the best talent into our client’s business. Responsibilities: Working in the role you will be required to: Attract top recruiting talent for specific career opportunities in the market, using numerous sourcing channels and methodologies. Execute headhunting, direct talent sourcing and networking strategies. Approach and screen candidates. Create talent pools as well as pipelining. Maintain data accuracy and integrity of internal ATS systems regarding Candidates data. Work closely with the Internal Recruiter on a daily basis and support him/her in order to meet all KPI’s and SLA’s Suggest process improvements concerning all aspects of the recruitment – we are always looking for ideas how to be better! Skills & Experience: To be successful in this position you will have: Excellent communication skills (verbal + written - English) is non-negotiable. A Bachelor's degree is a must in any field. Previous recruitment experience and knowledge of sourcing best practices Strong sourcing background with experience of using multiple sourcing channels. High level of attention to detail Skills in reporting and working on different recruitment systems. Ability to work in a fast – paced environment. Strong technical aptitude with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, MS-Teams, etc.) and ATS tools. Show more Show less
