As an Associate Recruiter (Non IT) based in Mumbai - BKC, you will be part of a hybrid work mode, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. We are looking for someone with 3-5 years of recruitment experience in the Indian market, specifically in Non-IT hiring for sales and pharma roles, while also having experience in supporting pharma/FMCG clients. If your recruitment experience is primarily in the US/UK markets, this role may not be suitable for you. The ideal candidate should have a notice period of fewer than 30 days. In this role, you will collaborate with Recruiters & Senior Recruiters to attract top talent for our clients within the Pharma sector. Your responsibilities will include attracting talent through various sourcing channels, executing headhunting and networking strategies, screening candidates, creating talent pools, and ensuring data accuracy in our internal ATS systems. Additionally, you will work closely with the Internal Recruiter to meet KPIs and SLAs while suggesting process improvements for recruitment. To excel in this position, you must possess excellent communication skills, a Bachelor's degree in any field, previous recruitment experience, and knowledge of best sourcing practices. A strong sourcing background, attention to detail, proficiency in reporting and recruitment systems, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential. Technical aptitude with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS tools is also required for success in this role.,
