Associate Recruiter (Non IT - Pharma)

Role Overview: As an Associate Recruiter (Non IT) at Korn Ferry, you will be joining the RPO Talent Acquisition team to support our client in the Pharma sector. Your main responsibility will be to collaborate with Recruiters & Senior Recruiters to attract top talent and ensure successful recruitment processes. Key Responsibilities: - Attract top recruiting talent through various sourcing channels and methodologies - Execute headhunting, direct talent sourcing, and networking strategies - Approach and screen candidates effectively - Create talent pools and maintain pipelining - Ensure data accuracy and integrity in internal ATS systems - Collaborate closely with the Internal Recruiter to meet KPIs and SLAs - Contribute ideas for process improvements in recruitment Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication skills in English (verbal + written) - Bachelor's degree in any field - Previous recruitment experience with knowledge of best sourcing practices - Strong background in sourcing using multiple channels - Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, MS-Teams) and ATS tools,
