Compensation: ₹7 LPA base + ₹2 LPA performance bonus

About Us:

Pelton Technology Inc. is an innovative AI startup building next-generation products powered by large language models (LLMs). We're looking for an Associate Product Manager who will be responsible for finding a need in a given community and satisfy the needs of this community by working with developers to create the best product-market fit having products. Our ideal candidate has moved beyond junior-level work but thrives in an environment where they can continue advancing their capabilities.

The ideal candidate can be a university student, recent graduate, contractor or a full-time employee, however, they should have an excellent track record of academical success and holding his undergraduate studies at a tier 1 or 2 university. Preferably, previous part-time or full-time work experience, have a compelling project or personal work that demonstrates personal capabilities, and be able to prove their capabilities and knowledge on developing products from stratch to deliver to the end users/organisations.

Ideal Candidate:

• Enrolled to or graduated from top academical institution with excellent academical background (at least 8.00/10 CGPA (First Class Equivalent in UK standards by Oxbridge) to qualify).

• Willingness to pursue strategy consultancy or product management field at big tech companies.

• Ability to find market opportunities, comprehend the dynamics of the given market and conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis.

• Capability to create market analysis, product roadmap, technical requirements documentation.

• Knowledge on project management principles and agile methodologies.

• Ability to create working managerial systems for marketing and sales operations.

• Openness to work with monitoring tool and commitment to 9 to 6 working hours

Key Responsibilities:

We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead the development and scaling of our AI-integrated digital products. You’ll work at the intersection of technology, user experience, and business strategy—defining product vision, prioritizing features, and collaborating with engineering, design, and marketing specialists to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the product roadmap for AI/LLM-powered features, balancing innovation with business impact.
• Work closely with deveopers to develop software and integrate LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models) into scalable products.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for AI-driven enhancements.
• Define KPIs and success metrics, ensuring products deliver measurable value.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams(design, marketing, sales) to align product strategy with company goals.
• Stay ahead of AI/LLM trends and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
• Budget management of the entire product, from development to marketing, while experimenting.

What we are looking for:

• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, especially LLMs, open sourced and licensed products, B2B or B2C SaaS, and generative AI's real world applications.
• Experience working with engineering teams to ship technical, data-driven products.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate user needs into clear product requirements.
• Excellent communication skills—able to articulate complex AI concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to make technical documentations and do wireframing for UI/UX design initives of the product.
• Bonus: Background in software development, data science, or UX design.
