Define and prioritize the integrations roadmap aligned with customer and business needs
Lead technical planning with engineering to deliver scalable APIs and integration frameworks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve client onboarding and feedback flow
Monitor integration performance, adoption, and reliability to drive continuous improvements
