Associate Product Manager

Job Title: Associate Product Manager

Overview:

We are looking for a technically strong Product Manager who can take ownership of delivery and work closely with clients, business teams, and engineering. You will help shape what we build, ensure it gets delivered with quality, and track whether it's actually creating impact for users and the business.

This role is ideal for someone early in their product career who understands technology, communicates clearly, and thinks in terms of outcomes, not just features.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Own specific product modules and drive them from requirement to release

2. Plan and track execution using Jira (tasks, sprints, timelines)

3. Work with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and write clear user stories / documentation

4. Coordinate with engineering to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery

5. Support Agile/Scrum rituals such as sprint planning and reviews

6. Monitor product KPIs, gather feedback, and recommend data-driven improvements

7. Contribute to roadmaps, release notes, and status reports

Requirements:

1. Degree in technology, business, or related field

2. Strong communication, coordination, and analytical ability

3. Product mindset: curiosity to understand users, market impact, and business value

4. Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)

5. Proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities

6. Immediate joiner preferred

7. Work from office, 5 days a week

Growth & Training:

You will receive structured in-house training on Product Management, Agile/Scrum, and business analysis to build end-to-end product ownership skills.

Preferred Background:

Experience that shows ownership or coordination is a strong plus, for example:

1. Leading or coordinating a project with a team

2. Managing a tech initiative or product-like deliverable

3. Writing product/feature documentation or specifications
