We’re looking for an Associate Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of product, AI, and strategy —a thinker and a doer who can turn insights into innovation. 🔑 Key Responsibilities: 📊 Product Research & Market Analysis • Conduct deep research on AI trends, user needs, and competitors • Analyze user data and feedback to improve product offerings • Explore LLMs, AI-driven learning, and prompt engineering for product enhancement • Work with internal teams to collect and analyze data 🗺️ Product Strategy & Sprint Planning • Define roadmaps, features, and goals based on user insights • Prioritize tasks and coordinate sprints with engineers, designers, and data scientists • Define and monitor product KPIs • Align backlogs with our AI-focused vision 🧠 Prompt Engineering & AI Optimization • Design effective prompts for generative AI models • Experiment with fine-tuning techniques for improved AI performance • Build domain-specific prompt libraries • Test and iterate prompt structures to drive engagement 🤝 Cross-functional Collaboration • Partner with engineering, design, and business teams for smooth product execution • Support internal AI research with content validation and testing • Create documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders 🛠️ Skills & Requirements: ✔️ We are primarily considering candidates based in Nagpur; only those willing to work from Nagpur should apply. ✔️ 2–4 years of experience in product management, AI research, or product strategy ✔️ Strong communication and documentation skills ✔️ Proven experience managing product roadmaps , sprints, and teams ✔️ Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, and user behavior analytics ✔️ Analytical mindset with a passion for innovation and detail Show more Show less
