Job Title: Customer Support – Sales Location: Nagpur Job Type: Full-time About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support – Sales Executive . In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and promote our products/services to generate sales. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with customers will play a crucial role in achieving customer satisfaction and driving revenue. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. Understand customer needs and offer relevant product or service solutions. Convert customer interactions into sales opportunities. Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records of interactions using CRM tools. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve customer acquisition and retention. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Requirements: Proven experience in customer support or sales (preferably in a similar role). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent (not mandatory for experienced candidates). Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
