What You’ll Be Doing:

• Define and own the product strategy and visio

  n – Develop a multi-year roadmap that aligns product innovation with business growth and market expansion goals

• Lead and mento

  r – Manage, coach, and grow a team of high-performing product managers. Foster a culture of ownership, agility, and outcome-driven execution

• Partner with leadershi

  p – Work closely with CXOs, business heads, and technology leaders to drive company-wide initiatives and align product priorities with organizational strategy

• Drive customer-centric innovatio

  n – Champion user empathy by combining customer feedback, market intelligence, and data analytics to deliver impactful product experiences

• Oversee full product lifecycl

  e – From concept to launch to post-release optimization, ensure timely delivery, scalability, and adoption across stakeholders

• Enable data-driven decision-makin

  g – Leverage analytics (SQL, Mixpanel, GA, internal dashboards) to define KPIs, track success metrics, and continuously improve product performance

• Ensure compliance & security excellenc

  e – Operate in a regulated FinTech environment, embedding data protection, audit, and compliance standards in every release

• Influence go-to-market and adoptio

  n – Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and sales teams to create compelling narratives and drive adoption across enterprise clients

• Identify emerging opportunitie

  s – Explore AI/ML applications, automation enhancements, and new product lines that strengthen Credgenics’ market leadership

What We’re Looking For:

• 5–7 years of experience i

  n product manageme

  nt, with at least 1–2 years in

  a team management or senior IC ro

  le in FinTech, SaaS, or B2B technology
• Proven success in defining and scaling high-impact products in fast-paced, data-driven organizations
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and roadmap execution
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills with hands-on experience in analytics tools (SQL, Mixpanel, GA, etc.)
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills
• Experience working with banking, lending, or collections technology is a strong plus
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
