experiences. Together, they lead ZILO with a shared vision of transforming the fashion retail
landscape through innovation and customer obsession.

on-ground activations. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing brand activities
across OOH, DOOH, catchment marketing, and consumer-facing events to drive brand
awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
● Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across offline channels such as OOH,
DOOH, and catchment area marketing.
● Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and media platforms to negotiate budgets,
finalize creatives, and ensure flawless campaign execution.
● Maintain brand visibility and consistency across all offline placements.
● Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure creative assets are aligned with
campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
● Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize future media spends.
● Conceptualize and execute on-ground brand activations to enhance visibility and
consumer engagement.
● Plan and implement activations such as product sampling, kiosk setups, mall
activations, RWAs, event sponsorships, and street marketing.
● Liaise with agencies, event partners, and internal teams to handle logistics,
permissions, staffing, and end-to-end execution.
● Identify high-impact locations and events that align with brand positioning and
marketing objectives.
● Monitor, measure, and report activation performance using metrics like footfall,
engagement rate, lead generation, and ROI.
● 2–5 years of experience in offline marketing, activations, or brand events (FMCG,
retail, e-commerce, or similar industries preferred).
● Strong vendor and agency management skills.
● Ability to manage multiple campaigns and activations simultaneously in a fast-paced
environment.
● Excellent negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
● Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.
