Role Overview We’re looking for a fashion-forward creative leader to take charge of our digital catalogue. This role calls for someone who can blend style instinct with data , editorial thinking with execution , and creative curation with operational excellence . As the Senior Catalogue Manager, you'll own what our customers see, how they see it, and why they fall in love with it — from strategy to execution. What you’ll do: Catalogue Ownership & Creative Direction Own the entire catalogue experience — from product selection and sequencing to how collections are grouped, styled, and surfaced Define the tone, structure, and rhythm of how we present fashion on the platform — drops, edits, seasonal refreshes, and beyond Stay ahead of trends and consumer behavior to create collections that feel both fresh and deeply relevant Structure, Discovery & Tagging Build a catalogue structure that is clean, searchable, and smart — using intuitive categories, filters, and tags Balance aesthetic appeal with conversion logic, ensuring fashion meets function at every click Constantly experiment and iterate to improve discoverability and customer experience Execution & Collaboration Partner with internal teams like content, design, and tech to ensure smooth, timely, and on-brand execution of catalogue updates Create and manage playbooks, workflows, and quality standards to keep the catalogue sharp at scale Be hands-on with tools and systems — from uploading to tagging to analyzing what’s working Who you are: Fashion Fluent – You get fashion — not just the aesthetics, but how it moves, evolves, and connects with culture Creative Strategist – You can curate a moodboard and build a process flow with equal ease Detail-Obsessed – You notice what others miss: a tag gone wrong, a collection that feels off-brand, or a visual that lacks punch Builder Mindset – You’re excited to set things up from scratch, solve problems, and continuously improve Consumer-First Thinker – You always ask: “Will this make the experience better for our shopper?” What We’re Looking For 5–8 years of experience in fashion e-commerce, catalogue/content management, visual merchandising, or creative ops Strong understanding of online consumer behavior and product discovery Comfortable with catalogue tools, CMS, tagging systems, and merchandising dashboards Background in fashion or lifestyle Location: DN Nagar, Mumbai Why Join Us At ZILO, we’re building more than just a new kind of fashion platform—we’re building a team and culture that reflects the future of work: human, high-performing, and deeply empowering.
