What You’ll Do Financial Planning & Analysis: Own key MIS reporting, track revenue, margins, and cost metrics on a real-time basis. Unit Economics & Cohorts: Analyze CAC, LTV and other demand related metrics Drive efficiency in supply chain process Budgeting & Variance: Prepare budgets, AOP< MOP, monitor variances, and recommend actionable insights. Role Overview We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer with a strong background in e-commerce or quick commerce to craft intuitive, engaging, and scalable product experiences. As part of the Product team, you’ll work closely with the Product Head, engineers, and business teams to translate customer insights into world-class digital journeys. Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end design process : research, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and final UI delivery. Key Responsibilities Own and execute performance marketing campaigns across channels: Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, Affiliates, and emerging platforms. Drive customer acquisition & retention through data-backed campaign planning and execution. Monitor daily campaign performance, optimize towards CAC, ROAS, LTV, and other key KPIs. Collaborate with creative, product, and category teams to design ad creatives and landing pages that maximize conversions. Conduct regular A/B testing of ads, targeting, and creatives to improve CTR, CVR, and CPA. Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring cost efficiency and maximum ROI. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor strategies, and new ad formats/platforms. Work closely with analytics and product teams to build dashboards and generate actionable insights. Support broader growth initiatives (referral programs, influencer marketing, partnerships, etc.). Requirements 3–6 years of experience in performance marketing with strong exposure to e-commerce, quick commerce, or retail. Proven track record of scaling paid campaigns with measurable ROI. Strong knowledge of paid media platforms: Meta Ads, Google Ads, UAC, Display, Affiliates. Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, Google Analytics, and data visualization tools. Experience working with marketing automation, attribution, and tracking tools (e.g., Appsflyer, Branch, MoEngage, Clevertap). Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with agility and ownership. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
