brand wizard for the position of Associate Brand Manager

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you will collaborate with Founders, Functional Heads, Execution Leaders, external parties to build a brand from the ground up and drive impactful communication and organic growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

  • Take ownership of BabyMD&aposs social media presence, ensuring consistent brand voice and engagement across platforms (FB, Instagram, Youtube, LinkedIn)
  • Create monthly content calendars, planning and execution of engaging posts, reels, live content independently
  • Coordinate with external agencies to produce high-quality content
  • Drive audience engagement, monitor relevant metrics, and implement strategies to boost growth and interaction through multiple formats of posts including formats such as live sessions, webinars etc
  • Create strong social media personas for founders and doctors to create influencing content across social media platforms.
  • Oversee Online Reputation Management (ORM), ensuring prompt and professional responses to online inquiries and feedback.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, conduct competitor analysis, and leverage insights to optimise social media strategies.
  • Coordinate with agencies for influencer marketing

Content / Copywriting

  • Craft compelling ad copy for mainly video scripts, static posts, carousels that enhance click-through rates (CTR) and conversion.
  • Develop landing page content copy and collaborate on layouts to increase form fill percentages and overall lead generation.
  • Write persuasive ad copy and messaging for offline marketing initiatives, ensuring a strong and consistent brand presence.
  • Write and optimise SEO-driven blog content to improve BabyMDs online search visibility.
  • Review and quality-check SEO blogs written by other contributors, ensuring alignment with SEO best practices and brand voice.

Content Production:

  • Write scripts, plan, manage & execute shoots to produce HQ videos
  • Any brand activity that aligns with the brand for ex. Vox Pop, Podcasts

PR Management:

  • Collaborate with PR agencies & vendors to ensure brand visibility to Founders & VC fraternity
  • Regular post on Linkedin to stay relevant in the network

Qualifications / Skills:

  • 3-6 years of experience in brand management, creative writing, content & video production, social media management, understanding of digital marketing & core metrics
  • Strong storytelling skills and experience with branding campaigns
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and ability to write and verify SEO-optimised content
  • Proven track record of growing organic reach through social media
  • Excellent communication and brand building skills.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for keeping up with the latest trends in digital content and social media
  • Ability to manage online reputation and customer feedback professionally.
  • Must have a portfolio of previous work

Technical Skills

  • Working experience with tools such as Canva / Adobe Suite / Figma or AI tools such as Midjourney, RunwayML, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini Nano Banana etc.
  • Hands-on experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) and their analytics.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles.
  • Basic knowledge of video editing and reel creation would be a plus.

Creativity & Communication

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and creating clear, concise, and persuasive copy.
  • Project Management

    : Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, coordinate with agencies, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability & Trend Spotting

    : Ability to quickly adapt to changing social media trends and platforms, with a keen eye for identifying new opportunities for engagement and growth
