Selected Intern’s Day‑to‑day Responsibilities Include Supporting daily clinic operations by assisting with patient flow, front‑desk coordination, and general reception tasks. Managing the roster and tracking staff attendance, ensuring schedules are updated and any changes are noted promptly. Performing documentation and record‑keeping tasks, such as updating patient charts, filing reports, and maintaining accurate operational logs. Traveling to other clinic locations as needed to provide on‑site support, coordinate activities, or assist with cross‑site operations. We are looking for passionate Sales and Ops Interns to join our team at BabyMD - The Children's Clinic. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in pediatric healthcare operations, therapy coordination, and data-driven decision-making. As an intern, you will be responsible for coordinating therapy schedules, managing attendance, supporting the onboarding of new therapy patients, explaining clinic processes, analyzing data, and supporting operational reporting. Your role will also involve helping to ensure smooth clinic workflows. Throughout the internship, you will gain real-world exposure to healthcare operations, insight into pediatric therapy systems, and clinic management. You will have the opportunity for mentorship and to work on impact-driven projects. This internship opportunity is for a duration of 36 months and is based in Bangalore (Work from Office). Create monthly content calendars and share engaging posts, reels, and live content independently. Drive audience engagement, monitor relevant metrics, and implement strategies to boost growth and interaction through multiple formats. Create strong social media personas for founders and doctors to create influential content across social media platforms. Oversee online reputation management (ORM), ensuring prompt and professional responses to online inquiries and feedback. Stay updated on industry trends, conduct competitor analysis, and leverage insights to optimise social media strategies. Coordinate with agencies for influencer marketing. Shoot videos, coordinating with the content manager & graphic designer until the final output is out.
