We’re looking for an Assistant Revenue Manager

Your Key Responsibilities

• OTA & Channel Expertise

  :
• Handle OTA extranets like a pro (Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, GoMMT, etc.) and ensure rates and availability are perfectly synced.

• Channel Manager Management

  :
• Work with tools like Rategain or TARS — update, audit, and optimize across all platforms daily.

• Rate Optimization & Yield Strategy

  :
• Analyse trends and competitor pricing to drive rate recommendations. Be hands-on with BAR rates, promotions, and inventory controls.

• Reporting & Analysis

  :
• Create daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports (pickup, pace, segmentation, etc.) and translate them into real-time decisions.

• Support Sales & Front Office

  :
• Coordinate with the Sales, Reservations, and Front Office teams to align selling strategies and forecast demand accurately.

• Work With Accor Tools

  :
• Learn and work on Accor’s proprietary systems including RM tools, RMS, and business intelligence dashboards.

Who We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of revenue management experience (hotel or OTA-side).
• Strong understanding of OTA platforms and a channel manager.
• Detail-oriented with a love for spreadsheets, dashboards, and dynamic rates.
• Analytical thinker who enjoys diving deep into numbers and trends.
• Positive, growth mindset – someone who’s excited to
