Assistant Revenue Manager

As an Assistant Manager for Revenue Management at goSTOPS, you will be an integral part of the team responsible for optimizing revenue and maximizing profitability across the hostel network. Your role will involve collaborating with the Revenue team to develop and implement effective revenue management strategies and tactics. Key responsibilities include: - Developing and implementing revenue management strategies to optimize pricing, occupancy, and revenue per available bed (RevPAB). - Assisting in setting room rates, discounts, and promotions on OTA Platforms like goMMT, Booking.com, Agoda, and Expedia. - Managing OTA listings and supporting new property onboarding on all OTA platforms. - Ensuring accurate and timely updates of content across all OTA channels. - Distributing inventory effectively across OTAs and direct channels. - Auditing OTA listings regularly to keep content, amenities, policies, and images updated. - Collaborating with the Sales and Marketing team on pricing strategies, revenue forecasting, and promotional activities. - Working with the Operations team to optimize inventory availability and manage overbooking situations. - Resolving booking, rate, and listing issues promptly. - Staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in revenue management and hospitality. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience in revenue management and OTA Management in the hospitality industry. - Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and making data-driven decisions. - Proficiency in revenue management systems and tools such as channel managers and revenue management software. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities. - Familiarity with budgeting and financial aspects of revenue management. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,
