Assistant Revenue Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for handling the Central Reservation Systems of Hotels located remotely, virtually by sitting in the Ahmedabad Office. Your role will involve maintaining Hotel Content, Rates & Inventory on OTA's, making independent decisions on rate planning and content and inventory distribution, overseeing revenue management and distribution strategy of the hotel, and managing day-to-day yield operations. Additionally, you will be directly selling rooms through telephonic/email inquiries of boutique hotels, handling inbound calls (no cold calling required) and converting leads, and liaising with Hotel management and distribution Network. Key Responsibilities: - Handle the Central Reservation Systems of Hotels located remotely - Maintain Hotel Content, Rates & Inventory on OTA's - Make independent decisions on rate planning, content, and inventory distribution - Oversee revenue management and distribution strategy of the hotel - Manage day-to-day yield operations - Directly sell rooms through telephonic/email inquiries of boutique hotels - Handle inbound calls (no cold calling required) and convert leads - Liaise with Hotel management and distribution Network Qualifications Required: - Female candidate due to the organization's female-oriented nature - Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales and handling online portals - Reside within 10 km of driving distance from the office - Good English communication skills (written and verbal) - Extroverted, proactive, and self-motivated individual Additional Details: The company offers benefits including cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and Provident Fund.
