Job Description

Role Overview We are looking for a high-performing B2B Sales Manager to drive group bookings and institutional tie-ups across India. You will drive revenue growth through corporate (startups) offsites, campus travel, and travel operator tie-ups across our pan-India hostel network. Key Responsibilities Own and drive B2B sales across corporates, colleges. Identify and close group bookings from: Startups and SMEs (workation, retreats, offsites) Colleges (fest trips, study tours) Pitch and convert institutional accounts (EdTechs) Manage end-to-end sales funnel from outreach to closure Collaborate with event, ops, and marketing teams for execution Maintain deal pipeline in CRM Represent goSTOPS at travel fairs, campus meets, startup events Sales Reporting & Forecasting: â—‹ Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses. â—‹ Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as necessary to ensure achievement of targets.
