We work with over 500 hotels and are scaling rapidly across Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. Responsibilities - Design and execute pricing strategies across various OTA platforms to help hotels maximize occupancy and revenue. - Monitor and manage hotel listings across platforms like Booking.com, MMT, Goibibo, Agoda, etc., ensuring rate parity and competitive positioning. - Analyze booking trends, competitor rates, and demand patterns to make informed pricing recommendations. - Conduct regular performance reviews with hotel partners, providing actionable insights and growth plans. - Coordinate OTA promotions and special offers in line with hotel objectives and market demand. - Educate hotel teams on best practices in revenue management and OTA operations. - Deliver performance reports and forecasts to both internal teams and hotel owners for transparency and improvement.
