Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a DCDP Continental at Grand Mercure Goa Candolim.The DCDP Continental will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes according to recipes and specifications, maintaining high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness, managing kitchen inventory, assisting in menu planning, and training junior kitchen staff. The role will also require collaborating with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing and cooking a variety of continental dishes
• Strong knowledge of food hygiene and cleanliness standards
• Experience in kitchen inventory management and menu planning
• Leadership skills with the ability to train junior kitchen staff
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Culinary certification or relevant professional experience in a similar role.
