Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision and customer service.
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase sales and revenue.
Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene in the dining environment.
Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
Train and develop new staff members to ensure they provide excellent customer service.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of hotel and restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house procedures.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
