A role within the staffing and workforce solutions sector serving enterprise clients across India. You will support delivery of large-scale contingent workforce and managed staffing programs—ensuring on-site execution, SLA adherence and seamless client experience for mission-critical hiring and operations.
Position:
 Assistant Program Manager (On-site, India)
Role & Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day delivery of assigned staffing programs: coordinate on-site operations, candidate onboarding, shift scheduling, and client requirements to meet contractual SLAs.
- Act as primary on-site liaison for client stakeholders and internal teams—manage regular status updates, weekly reports, and escalations to resolve operational issues quickly.
- Monitor program KPIs and SLAs: track metrics (fill-rates, time-to-fill, attrition, attendance), prepare trend analyses, and recommend corrective actions to improve performance.
- Coordinate with recruitment, payroll, compliance and vendor teams to ensure smooth candidate lifecycle—from sourcing to joiner documentation and timely billing.
- Drive continuous improvement: implement process checklists, audit readiness, and best-practice playbooks to reduce cycle-times and operational risk.
- Supervise and mentor on-site coordinators/contractors where applicable; ensure adherence to safety, confidentiality and local labor regulations.
 
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Management or related field; 2+ years’ experience in staffing, program coordination or operations (on-site delivery preferred).
- Proven stakeholder management and client-facing experience with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic macros) and ability to build concise management reports.
- Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems (Bullhorn, Salesforce, Zoho or similar) and basic reporting dashboards.
- Strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise competing tasks and drive issues to closure under tight SLAs.
 
Preferred
- Experience with large-scale contingent workforce programs, vendor management or RPO/managed service engagements.
- PMP/Prince2/process-improvement exposure, or knowledge of local labour law and compliance practices.
