Role Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets. Identify new sales opportunities through networking and prospecting. Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers. Conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends. Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet revenue targets. Monitor sales metrics and report on performance regularly. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales initiatives. Participate in sales meetings and training sessions. Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction. Prepare sales proposals and respond to RFPs. Conduct follow-ups with potential clients to nurture leads. Stay informed about competitors and industry developments. Assist in developing marketing materials that support sales efforts. Achieve individual and team sales goals consistently. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or a similar role. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients. Experience with sales CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong analytical and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel for client meetings and events as needed. Results-driven with a proactive attitude. High level of negotiation and persuasive skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with digital marketing strategies is a plus. Certifications in sales methodologies are an advantage.
