Assistant Operations Manager

Manage end-to-end PCS operations, ensuring timely plan submission, delegation, and follow-ups across agencies, direct clients, branches, and local clients. Coordinate closely with Sales, PCS team, agencies, and RMs for smooth execution and timely reverts. Track and close SO/PO generation, pending & disputed POs, including fitters’ PO closures (Lucknow & outstation) within TAT. Oversee billing snaps compliance; resolve billing-related issues within 24 hours. Ensure zero-error campaign execution, CTR submissions, and timely reporting (Campaign Sheet, ATR, Execution Report, Cost Sheet, Comparative Sheets). Maintain daily MIS, working sheets, master Excel updates, and issue trackers with solution-oriented reporting. Handle outdoor & airport category client follow-ups, including PASS coordination (Prayagraj & Agra Airports). Lead agency follow-ups for business support and contribute to New Business Development (NBD) targets. Manage, retain, and train the PCS team; conduct regular training for new joiners and key agencies (Kinetic, Milestone, MOMS, Mudra, Interspace, etc.). Drive process discipline, ownership, and proactive problem-solving within the team. What We’re Looking For Graduate/Postgraduate with 3–6 years of experience in operations / PCS / advertising execution. Strong understanding of plan management, PO/SO processes, billing coordination, and campaign operations. Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS reporting, and operational tracking. Strong coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to handle teams, deadlines, and multi-location operations independently.
