Assistant Operations Manager

Job brief:

We are looking for an Assistant Managers with an experience of 8 to 10 Yrs working in Exam administration / Operations / Testing and assessment in Educational / Institutional sector to perform the tasks listed below in our Operations department.

Primary Skills:

- Test Centre Identification / Audit.

- Test Administration Online / Off line

- Scanning and result generation.

Requirements:

1. Should be able to conduct large scale Paper-based and Computer-based tests across the country.

2. Identification of online and offline Test Centres – interaction with colleges and other potential test venues

3. Handle pre-test duties like packing of Question papers, answer sheets, logistics etc.

4. Managing Test Administration, if necessary with the support of freelance TAs and in-house consultants

5. Interface with test centre personnel for smooth conduct of tests.

6. Troubleshooting at the test venue.

7. Handling OMR scanning operations and post test processes like checking physical records, basic data entry into systems etc.

8. Operational tasks are to be completed as per agreed timelines and must adhere to standard processes/procedures.

9. Assist the Managers and senior Managers to maintain necessary logs and prepare reports.

Desired Skills:

1. Any Graduate + computer knowledge

2. Willingness to travel extensively.

3. Should be ready to be stationed outside HQ for considerable time, if needed.

4. Readiness to work on Sundays and Public Holidays; Additional hours will be needed during days leading to a test, on the test day and a few days thereafter. Must be willing to work under pressure and if necessary during unsocial/evening hours.

5. Good communication skills -knowledge of Hindi desirable.
