Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Assistant Manager / Manager – Marketing to join our team. The role involves planning, executing, and monitoring marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and support business growth. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, analytical thinking, and strong project management skills to achieve measurable marketing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, and PR) aligned with business objectives.

· Manage digital marketing activities including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and website content updates.

· Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights.

· Work with design and content teams to create compelling marketing materials (brochures, presentations, social media creatives, etc.).

· Collaborate with sales teams to drive lead generation initiatives and track ROI.

· Plan and manage events, trade shows, and promotional activities to increase brand engagement.

· Monitor campaign performance, analyze data/metrics, and prepare reports for management.

· Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners.

· Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications.

· Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost-effective use of marketing resources.

Key Skills & Competencies

· Strong understanding of marketing principles and brand management.

· Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, SEO tools, CRM platforms).

· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

· Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make decisions.

· Creative problem solver with attention to detail.

· Project management and multitasking skills with ability to work under tight deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

· 1–2 years of relevant marketing experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
