Job Description

As an Assistant Manager in the BPO industry, your role involves focusing on customer orientation and believing in putting the customer first. You should possess analytical, logical, reasoning, and numerical abilities to observe, analyze, and provide constructive feedback. Excellent oral and written communication skills are crucial for this role, along with process orientation and structured thinking. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is also required. Your key responsibilities will include: - Experience in Presales and Inbound campaigns - Effective performance planning for yourself and your team, including time management, conflict resolution, and self-organization - Ensuring a positive employee experience by promptly addressing issues, concerns, and feedback - Creating a positive and respectful team culture that fosters high performance and employee satisfaction - Motivating and appreciating employees while upholding high ethical standards - Proactively identifying process defects, compliance issues, and potential escalations to minimize risks - Planning, prioritizing, data collection, and analysis - Providing coaching, feedback, and leadership to your team - Generating analysis and reports for management information - Achieving challenging targets, making decisions, managing complex situations, and resolving conflicts - Regularly interacting with customers/clients to stay informed about products and provide support - Handling escalations and serving as a point of contact for non-operational departments to address various issues effectively - Ensuring timely completion of processes and other team requirements The company operates on a full-time basis with a rotational shift schedule.
