Job Description

NCL Buildtek Limited is looking for Assistant Manager Payroll to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

Payroll Administration:Overseeing the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations
Managing and supervising the payroll team in processing salaries, wages, bonuses, and deductions
Reviewing timesheets, attendance records, and ensuring proper documentation
Compliance and Regulations:Staying updated on labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements related to payroll
Ensuring accurate tax withholding, deductions, and reporting in accordance with local and federal laws
System Management and Integration:Managing payroll software systems or platforms and ensuring their functionality and efficiency
Collaborating with IT or HR teams for system upgrades, integrations, or troubleshooting
Reporting and Analysis:Generating payroll reports for management, HR, or accounting purposes
Analyzing payroll data to identify discrepancies or trends and providing insights for decision-making
Employee Support:Addressing payroll-related inquiries from employees, resolving issues, and providing guidance on payroll matters
Conducting training sessions or workshops to educate employees on payroll-related processes
Process Improvement:Identifying opportunities for process enhancements and implementing efficient payroll procedures
Streamlining payroll processes to increase accuracy and effectiveness
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (relevant certifications can be advantageous)
Proven experience in payroll administration, preferably in a managerial or supervisory capacity
Strong understanding of payroll principles, tax regulations, and compliance standards
