Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:-

  • Data Entry and Record Keeping: Ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee data, including personal information, hours worked, salary rates, and deductions.
  • Processing Payroll: Calculating gross pay, deductions, and net pay, and ensuring payroll is processed on time.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Staying informed about federal, state, and local payroll regulations, and preparing and submitting payroll tax filings and reports.
  • Handling Employee Inquiries: Assisting employees with questions regarding their paychecks, deductions, and benefits. HR Tools Implementation: SAP, Success Factors, Darwinbox, Zoho, ZingHR etc.
  • Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and internal policies
  • Administer employee benefits, leave management, group medical insurance, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.)
  • Assist in payroll processing by coordinating with finance/payroll Vendor Staff, Worker, Contract, NAPS
