Key Responsibilities

Manage
end-to-end recruitment
process for bulk/volume hiring.
Source candidates using job portals, social media, references, and direct channels.
Conduct initial screening, interviews, and coordination with hiring managers.
Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines to meet ongoing requirements.
Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality of hires.
Prepare hiring reports and dashboards for business reviews.

Requirements

5+ years of recruitment experience
, with proven track record in
bulk hiring
.
Hands-on experience with sourcing, screening, and selection.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Languages:
Hindi (mandatory), Marathi (advantage).
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools/ATS.
