  • Source candidates using job portals, social media, references, and direct channels.
  • Conduct initial screening, interviews, and coordination with hiring managers.
  • Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines to meet ongoing requirements.
  • Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality of hires.
  • Prepare hiring reports and dashboards for business reviews.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruitment experience

    , with proven track record in

  • Hands-on experience with sourcing, screening, and selection.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Languages:

    Hindi (mandatory), Marathi (advantage).
