Assistant Manager - Logistics

As an Assistant Manager - Logistics at Sterlite Electric, your role will involve driving operational excellence in Logistics Procurement functions such as Domestic Pan India, Export, and Import. Your responsibilities will include: - Executing Annual Rate Contracts and leading strategic sourcing initiatives across Domestic, Export, and Import categories to drive cost savings and improve supplier performance. - Managing Advance License processing, RoDTEP, and EPCG claims for export incentives and license management, ensuring timely settlements and compliance with DGFT norms. - Handling insurance settlements for transit-damaged goods to minimize financial impact and enhance recovery timelines. - Spearheading digital initiatives to bridge IT system gaps and enhance automation in procurement and logistics functions. - Ensuring 100% audit readiness through robust documentation and adherence to internal and external compliance standards. - Leveraging analytics and digital tools for data-driven decision making to optimize spend and uncover process inefficiencies. - Championing best-in-class supply chain practices to build resilience, agility, and long-term value across operations. You may be required to travel as and when necessary for this role.
