HR Systems, Reporting & Analytics Manage HR records and reporting through digital or legacy systems as required. Monitor HR metrics such as attrition, absenteeism, training impact, and staffing efficiency. Present strategic insights to management for data-driven HR decisions. Preferred candidate profile Masters Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
