Introduction to Muskaan-PAEPID

Muskaan-PAEPID was started in 1982 by parents and professionals. Muskaan is well known for its pioneering work in the field of providing training and work opportunities to adults with ID. Family support, assisted living, awareness and advocacy are other areas of work of the organization. After receiving training in various skills, our students work within Muskaan in distinct units like stationary, bakery etc. creating products, available for the outside world to buy. Students have also been able to secure employment outside Muskaan with partner organizations in various industries.


Job Summary

Muskaan-PAEPID is seeking a compassionate and proactive HR Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in building a supportive and inclusive work culture aligned with our mission of empowering adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). This role involves managing and supporting end-to-end HR operations, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, employee engagement, and compliance. The HR Professional will be instrumental in fostering a positive work environment, ensuring organizational effectiveness, and supporting the growth and well-being of both staff and the people we serve. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a purpose-driven organization that combines social impact with professional development.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment:

    Assist in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various roles.
  • Employee Relations:

    Foster positive employee relations, handle grievances, and promote a healthy work environment.
  • Performance Management:

    Support performance management processes, including goal-setting, evaluations, and feedback.
  • Training and Development:

    Coordinate training programs, workshops, and other development initiatives.
  • Compliance:

    Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • HR Operations:

    Maintain accurate HR records, manage employee data, and perform other administrative tasks.


Requirements:

  • Education:

    Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • E

    xperience:

    Prior experience in HR roles, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Skills:

    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
