Content Developer

Role Overview: As a Content Developer for the Digital Resource Library at Muskaan-PAEPID, you will play a crucial role in creating and managing multimedia content, including videos, photographs, and flashcards tailored for Persons with Intellectual Disabilities (PwIDs) and their families. Your creativity and technical skills will be essential in developing user-friendly Teaching-Learning Materials (TLMs) to effectively communicate Muskaan's mission and impact. Key Responsibilities: - Create, curate, and edit digital resources such as videos, photographs, flashcards, and infographics for PwIDs and their families. - Develop engaging and accessible Teaching-Learning Materials (TLMs) for the Digital Resource Library. - Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate concepts into impactful content. - Design visually appealing layouts and templates for digital and print resources. - Plan and execute video shoots, including scripting, filming, and editing. - Coordinate with trainers, educators, and external vendors for content creation needs. - Review and test content to ensure high standards of accuracy, relevance, and visual appeal. - Contribute to the development and organization of the Digital Resource Library for user engagement. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Multimedia Production, Communication, or a related field. Experience: - Minimum 2 years of experience in content development, multimedia production, or instructional design. - Prior experience in the disability sector is desirable but not mandatory. Technical Skills: - Proficiency in photography, videography, and composition techniques. - Experience with photo and video editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Canva. - Familiarity with tools for creating interactive flashcards and digital learning resources. - Basic knowledge of accessibility standards for digital content. Creative Skills: - Strong storytelling ability to create engaging content. - Aesthetic sense for designing visually appealing materials. Other Skills: - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
