Overview:

As a Content Developer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing content strategies. Your role involves creating engaging, high-quality content that aligns with our brand voice, objectives, and target audience.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Design and execute content strategies that align with organizational goals and audience needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools to optimize content effectiveness.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to outline storylines and blueprints for training modules.
• Conduct thorough research via online resources, books, and existing materials.
• Collaborate with the graphic design team to develop visual assets for training modules.

Knowledge Required:

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of the automotive industry, including products and technical knowledge.
• Familiarity with online research tools and resources such as Google, AutoCar, and Wikipedia.

Skills Required:

• Expertise in multimedia content creation, including videos and infographics.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
