Key Job Description/Responsibilities: Able to Prepare detailed cost estimate Ensure timely Checking of correct RA bills as per standards and backup as per requirements. Preparation of master sheets, measurement sheet, drawing marking etc. Collaborate with project manager, Engineers to gather necessary information for Estimation & Accurate Billing.Conduct site visits to verify Actual Quantities & review bills & assessment to gather necessary information for Estimation.Maintain records of estimation, Billing & Project Costs.Able to perform Rate Analysis.Reconciliation of Estimates/activities periodically & after Completion of work.Having good command on AutoCAD & Microsoft excel.Preparing work orders & Payment schedules.Perks and benefits
