Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Executive, located in Pantnagar, Tata Motors Limited. The Training Executive will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs, managing training operations, assessing training needs, and measuring the effectiveness of training initiatives. The role will also involve collaborating with various stakeholders, developing courseware, and leveraging technology-based solutions to enhance the learning experience.

Qualifications

Experience in designing, developing, and delivering training programs
Proficiency in curriculum development and courseware creation
Strong skills in learning assessment and measurement
Business consulting and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in innovative technology-based solutions for training
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work on-site in Dehradun
Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field
Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
