Job Description

As an individual contributor for the role of a Trainer and Knowledge Manager, your main responsibilities will include: - Planning, designing, developing, delivering, and certifying trainers on learning principles, facilitation skills, and coaching skills. - Delivering Domain Training in Finance and Accounts, with a focus on Record to Report, PTP, and OTC. - Conducting Communications and Need-based trainings. - Creating Training content and managing knowledge within the organization. - Collaborating with LOBs and cross-functional project teams to identify training needs. - Developing and implementing training programs using various methods and formats. - Recommending and implementing innovative solutions to enhance training programs. - Leading consulting engagements and ensuring quality delivery. - Researching advancements in learning management systems and instructional design methods. - Providing transition support and coordinating with clients/stakeholders on updates. Qualifications required for this role include: - Graduation (Preferred - B.COM or MBA Finance or Inter or Semi Qualified) - Rich Knowledge in Accounts and Finance - Hands-on experience in Microsoft Office applications - Ability to interpret educational needs and develop effective instructional design - Extensive working knowledge in designing, developing, and evaluating training plans - Comprehensive knowledge of instructional theories - Effective communication skills and ability to work with diverse communities - Project management and presentation skills - Previous customer-facing experience Experience required for this role: - 3-4 years of experience in Finance and Accounts, with training experience or domain expertise - Ability to communicate effectively and work with diverse communities - Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills - Project management and problem-solving skills - Training delivery experience Behavioral skills and attributes needed for this role include: - Capacity to work in a team environment and independently - Strong organizational skills and ability to work with multiple groups - Good delivery and execution skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment Preferred qualifications and experience include transition experience in F&A domain, proficiency in content designing tools, training analytics, and customer-facing experience with international accounts.,
