Role: Training Executive
Location: Mumbai – Head Office (Marol Naka)Experience: 2–4 YearsDepartment: Quality & TrainingWork Mode: On-site

Key Responsibilities

Deliver product & platform training for internal teams and external stakeholders
Create and update training materials – PPTs, SOPs, user guides, videos, FAQsCoordinate with regional teams for training rollout and trackingAssess training effectiveness and ensure knowledge retentionMaintain training MIS, reports, attendance, feedback formsSupport capability-building initiatives and continuous learning programsWork closely with Operations, HR & Client Delivery teams for training needs

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree

2–4 years of experience in corporate training / L&D / process training
Excellent communication & presentation skillsStrong command over MS Office (PPT, Excel, Word)Ability to handle multiple training batches and deadlinesExperience in EdTech / Assessment / Service industry will be an added advantage
