Job Description

Plan, operate support trainings in line with the organization competency
Management of training programs based on the organization / department / individual needs
Plan implement leadership trainings at office and shop leader level
End to end training coordination (Scheduling, Coordination with all heads for nomination participation)
Analyze the feedback and prepare the result report for the training
Able to roll out the proposal for training and selection of suitable training partner.
Update or develop training materials as and when necessary
Select appropriate external training agency/ trainers for delivering trainings effectively
Work closely with departments, to understand/diagnose underlying needs
Custodian of training data of employees in accordance with the procedures
Supervise the training programs ensure follow up with participants to determine effectiveness
Follow up with employees and managers for any absenteeism and report on regular basis
Overall program operation expense managing, tracking and status
Planning overseeing the logistics processes for ongoing training.
Understand general purchasing procedures.
