Key Responsibilities

Deliver product & platform training for internal teams and external stakeholders
Create and update training materials – PPTs, SOPs, user guides, videos, FAQsCoordinate with regional teams for training rollout and trackingssess training effectiveness and ensure knowledge retentionMaintain training MIS, reports, attendance, feedback formsSupport capability-building initiatives and continuous learning programsWork closely with Operations, HR & Client Delivery teams for training needs

Requirements

✔ Bachelor’s degree

✔ 2–4 years of experience in corporate training / L&D / process training
✔ Excellent communication & presentation skills✔ Strong command over MS Office (PPT, Excel, Word)✔ Ability to handle multiple training batches and deadlines✔ Experience in EdTech / Assessment / Service industry will be an added advantage
