Assistant Manager: Human Resources


Key Responsibilities:


Talent Acquisition:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Should have experience in Tech and Non Tech.


Employee Relations:

  • Foster a positive work environment and culture that aligns with company values.
  • Address and resolve employee issues and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for continuous improvement.


Performance Management:

  • Implement and oversee performance appraisal systems.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee development and performance improvement.
  • Develop and monitor career development programs.


Compensation and Benefits:

  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with regulations.
  • Conduct salary reviews and negotiate employment contracts.


Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs and design employee development programs.
  • Organize and coordinate training sessions and workshops.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.


Compliance and Record Keeping:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory agencies.


HR Strategy and Policy Development:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide strategic input on organizational development and workforce planning.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a human resources role.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
