Job Description

As a Human Resources professional at our company, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions to support the organization's goals and employee engagement. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees. - Supporting the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment. - Maintaining employee records, HR databases, and documentation in compliance with company standards. - Assisting in employee grievance redressal, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution to ensure a harmonious workplace. - Ensuring compliance with all applicable labour laws and internal audit requirements to mitigate risks and maintain ethical standards. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Strong knowledge of HR processes, statutory compliance, and HRIS systems to effectively manage HR functions. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to interact with employees at all levels. - Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion to maintain trust and confidentiality within the organization.
