Role Description

This is a full-time, Thaltej office role for an Assistant Manager Human Resources, located in Ahmedabad. The Assistant Manager Human Resources will oversee various HR functions, including talent acquisition, interview, onboarding, payroll, policy making, and compliance. This role is responsible for maintaining employee relations, ensuring adherence to HR policies, facilitating performance management, and collaborating with leadership to align employee goals with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in recruitment, and talent acquisition
• Experience in team building, and conflict resolution
• Knowledge of compliance, labor laws, and HR policy development
• Demonstrated skills in training
• Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Maintain offline and online records for all data in scope
• Experience in the construction or infrastructure industry is a plus
