What You’ll Do:

• Employee Life Cycle (ELC) Management:

  Oversee the entire employee life cycle, from onboarding to exit formalities.

• Employee Engagement & Connect:

  Drive employee engagement and connect initiatives to foster a positive work culture.

• Recruitment:

  Manage the recruitment of third-party payroll employees.

• Stakeholder Management:

  Build and maintain strong rapport with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations.

• HR Queries & Support:

  Act as the primary point of contact for all HR-related queries and concerns.

• Payroll Coordination:

  Coordinate closely with the corporate Compensation & Benefits (C&B) team to provide accurate payroll inputs.

• Exit Formalities:

  Manage the entire exit process, including conducting exit interviews and preparing Full & Final settlements (F&F).

• Analytical Skills & MS Excel:

  Proficient in MS Excel with strong analytical abilities to support data-driven HR decisions.

Your success is grounded in

• Educational Background:

  You should hold a MBA degree specialized in human resource with graduation in any field.

• Experience:

  A proven track record of 5-10 years in HR field.

• Effective Communicator:

  We need a strong negotiator and communicator who can build rapport and influence decisions.
