Job Description 1.Validating the data of CBO expiry list for retention of AMC customers and warranty conversion 2.Submission of proposal to customers 3.Negotiating and finalizing the AMC contract, taking approval from AH /RH if required. Collecting the order. 4.Submission of proforma Invoice and collect the payment. 5.Sending validation to CBO for contract activation, close monitoring with CBO for contract activation, issuing work order to associates and invoice generation. 6.Submission of Invoice as per TOP 7.Payment follow-up and collecting payments 8.Making PR visits and calls on regular basis 9.Identifying and sending proposal to PEP customers by understanding the their needs 10.Attending tenders for new AMC 11.Responsible for monitoring customer Ibase in line with the sales and ensure 75% of the data is captured in system within that FY as per KRA terms and conditions 12.Giving Leads to Service Delivery Team for spares business & Repair and Service Jobs 13.Making cold calls to understand the market potential and increase business Key Responsibilities: AMC Marketing Revenue Generation Cold Calling Tenders Short Info Posted: 1 day(s) ago Location: Chandigarh Qualifications: Diploma/ BE/ B.Tech Experience: 1 Years - 0 Months To 6 Years - 0 Months
