Job Description

As an HR Manager at a renowned Boutique hotel with 37 keys and a huge Banqueting at Jabalpur, your role will involve: - Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations - HR policy development and implementation, training, and development programs - Knowledge of labor laws and regulatory compliance, with full knowledge of ESI and PF online filing - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus - Experience in the hospitality industry is a must - Immediate joiner preferred In addition to the above role responsibilities, the company is looking for someone who can mention their expected salary in the email.,
