Key Responsibilities ✅ Handle & Optimize IndiaMART Portal – Manage daily inquiries, update product listings, respond promptly to client queries, and generate qualified leads. ✅ Lead Generation & Client Engagement – Cold calling, networking, and social media outreach to schedule meetings for the sales team. ✅ Data Management – Maintain and update company sales funnel, customer database, and internal reports. ✅ Sales Support – Act as a bridge between prospective clients and the Business Development team, ensuring accurate communication. ✅ Market Research – Identify new sales opportunities through expos, events, and verified data sourcing. ✅ Reporting – Prepare daily/weekly/monthly call and inquiry reports for management.
