Key Responsibilities ✅ Handle & Optimize IndiaMART Portal – Manage daily inquiries, update product listings, respond promptly to client queries, and generate qualified leads. ✅ Lead Generation & Client Engagement – Cold calling, networking, and social media outreach to schedule meetings for the sales team. ✅ Data Management – Maintain and update company sales funnel, customer database, and internal reports. ✅ Sales Support – Act as a bridge between prospective clients and the Business Development team, ensuring accurate communication. ✅ Market Research – Identify new sales opportunities through expos, events, and verified data sourcing. ✅ Reporting – Prepare daily/weekly/monthly call and inquiry reports for management. Salary The HR professional will be responsible for maintaining monthly staff salary sheets across Mumbai and out of Mumbai as well as any third party payroll where required. Should be knowledgeable and capable of collating, filing as well as documentation of compliances for blue collar as well as white collar. Compliance upload on government portals etc. Should be updated with PF/ESIC/ contract labour Gratuity. Proficient in using a payroll software Admin Should be capable of collating the biometric data as well as physical attendance/OT/reimbursements data of staff for the purpose of salary calculations. As well as leave records, offer, resignation, increment letters etc to be handled on an ongoing basis. The candidate will be required to be seated in our Nhava Sheva factory / Depot office. He will be required to travel to any out of Mumbai sites every month / quarter wherein required. Qualifications · BCOM Graduate, Mcom with specialization in Human Resource.
