Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Human Resources at Solamalai Logistics, located in Madurai. The Assistant Manager Human Resources will be responsible for handling daily HR activities, such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws. Additional responsibilities include conducting performance evaluations, addressing employee grievances, and fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
• Skills in training and development, and conducting performance evaluations
• Knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and labor laws
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in the logistics industry is a plus
