Job Opening: Assistant Manager HR (VIMS)

About the Role:

Assistant Manager – HR

Key Responsibilities

end-to-end recruitment
for teaching and non-teaching staff as per NMC and institutional requirements.
Ensure full compliance with
NMC guidelines (old & new)
, including documentation, staffing norms, and inspection readiness.
Maintain HR records, service books, contracts, and statutory documentation.
Oversee induction, joining, attendance, and personnel file management.
Assist in HR policy implementation, employee engagement, and grievance handling.
Support NMC inspections, audits, and regulatory submissions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Graduate/Postgraduate in HR/Management or related field.
4–7 years of HR experience
, preferably in a
Medical College or healthcare institution
.
Mandatory:
Hands-on experience with
NMC compliance and guidelines
.
Strong recruitment skills with the ability to hire under strict timelines.
Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
